Above all else, we want you to be happy with your Elysium Originals jewelry.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your jewelry within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. And, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items, custom orders and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned. If your return was a gift, we will issue you a store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund.
If approved, a refund will be applied to original method of payment, minus the shipping costs, within three business days. Or you may request a store credit. If you decide to use a store credit for another purchase, that order will be subject to shipping fees.
If we have made an error with your order, we will be happy to provide a full refund, including shipping fees.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using shipment tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
